Power Balls!

What is better than a homemade uber healthy green drink?

homemade uber healthy power ball snacks! 

The goods:
1 cup whole wheat oats
2 T honey
2 Cups chopped dates
1 cup raisins 
2 T coconut oil

Using a food processor combine the raisins and dates. Then add in the remaining ingredients until you have a sticky cookie dough-like batter. 

Attempt to roll into little balls and refrigerate! 

These make great afternoon snacks- healthy and perfect for an energy booooost! 

As an extra treat, add in some chocolate chips or top with dried coconut

Josh loooves these suckers- they taste very similar to LaraBars but cost less! Bonus, they just take minutes to make and one batch should last a week.
