creamy pesto pasta recipe

Let's make something quick, easy and tasty tonight.

Don't you love a food processor? You can just add and add and add in ingredients, pulse pulse pulse and somehow it makes something delicious! Must be magic. 
Ingredients: parsley {basil or spinach would do}, goat cheese, parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic cloves, avocado

Add the sauce into a pot with the warm pasta so that the cheese melts and the sauce warms. The power of warmth. If you're feeling naughty, top with extra goat cheese and bacon. Please top your pasta with bacon. 

I love how the creamy sauce clings to the noodles. The parsley infuses a super fresh taste, the cheeses offer a salty, savory flavor and the avocado and goat cheese make it deliciously creamy.

Since its green, its healthy. Right?
